Michael E. Bertin Presents at American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Annual Meeting

Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP partner Michael E. Bertin presented a tax lecture focusing on Innocent Spouse Relief at the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) Annual Meeting in Chicago, Illinois on Nov. 9, 2017. The AAML Annual Meeting is attended by Academy Fellows from across the country.

Bertin, an AAML Fellow and frequent author and lecturer on family law topics, is a former Chair of the Family Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association, current Co-Chair of its Custody Committee, and current Vice Chair of the Family Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Since 2015, he has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America, regarded as a definitive guide to legal excellence in the region.
