Michael Bertin Presents on Equitable Distribution at Pennsylvania Bar Institute
Family law partner Michael Bertin presented, “Equitable Distribution in Pennsylvania” at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) on Tuesday, June 11, 2019.
This seminar focused on presenting an equitable distribution case to the court from both a practitioner’s point of view, as well as a master’s point of view. Attendees also received helpful practice tips from the presenting attorneys and feedback from equitable distribution masters from Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties.
Michael is a family law attorney who focuses his practice on child custody, child support, and divorce, including the negotiation and litigation of domestic relations cases, divorce, custody, support, alimony, property distribution, prenuptial agreements and related issues.
