Jennifer Bruce Appointed to The Legal Intelligencer’s Young Lawyer Editorial Board

Obermayer’s litigation attorney Jennifer Bruce has been selected to serve on The Legal Intelligencer’s  Young Lawyer Editorial Board. In this role, Jennifer will be tasked with writing articles on the most consequential issues facing young lawyers today. 

Jennifer gained legal experience by assisting on complex litigation matters for Class I and short-line railroads, focusing on crossing accidents and real property actions. In addition to researching and preparing motions, memoranda, briefs, and pleadings, she provided legal advice to small and mid-sized businesses on legal and factual issues. Jenny also prepared witnesses and attended depositions, oral arguments, and various hearings.
