Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP partner Paul C. Heintz was recognized by the American Cancer Society for 50 years of volunteer service. The society acknowledged that “Paul’s contributions and loyalty to the American Cancer Society are without equal. [We] publicly acknowledge and commemorate a significant 50 year milestone of exceptional volunteer service.”
Heintz began his service in 1966, serving as Chair of the Montgomery County Lower Merion Unit, Chair of the Philadelphia Division. He also served as counsel to the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and East Central Divisions from 1982-2012 and as a member of the National Planned Giving Council. Obermayer gave a generous donation to the American Cancer Society to recognize Heintz’ milestone.
A partner in the firm’s Trusts & Estates Department, Heintz has more than 40 years of experience in all areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, Orphans’ Court litigation, and fiduciary and tax law. He is a Fellow, and former board member of the American College of Trusts and Estate Counsel and a member and past chairman of the 600-member Probate and Trust Law section of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
