Firm Announces New Partners

Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP has admitted Terri Gillespie and Michael V. Phillips to the firm’s partnership.

Gillespie focuses on employment law, working with clients to avoid disputes by helping them comply with appropriate laws, manage employee relations and resolve disputes. She has been named a Pennsylvania Rising Star by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® consistently since 2010, selecting her as among the top-up-and-coming lawyers in Pennsylvania.

Phillips has a multifaceted practice that includes real estate law, business litigation, commercial lending and workouts, condominium law and sports law. He is highly regarded for his strategic approach to resolving disputes and for his trusted business advice and was named a “Lawyer on the Fast Track” by The Legal Intelligencer in 2014. He also regularly handles pro bono matters through the Homeless Advocacy Project and has been recognized on numerous occasions for his commitment to pro bono work, including having received the “Unsung Heroes Award” from The Legal Intelligencer for his dedication to helping those in need.
