Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP attorney Andrew Horowitz spoke at the Pittsburgh Human Resource Association Annual Conference, “Honoring the Past, Valuing the Present, Shaping the Future.” He presented, “Recent Developments in the Law of Employment Restrictive Covenants in Pennsylvania,” in which he provided guidance of best practices for the use of non-compete agreements and other restrictive covenants in employment.

Horowitz focuses his practice on general and complex commercial litigation, business and employment law matters.
