Nicole E. Norcross focuses her practice on a broad range of corporate transactional issues, including real estate, public finance, mergers and acquisitions, general business planning and land use and zoning issues.
Prior to joining the firm, she served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Robert B. Kugler in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, where she conducted legal research and prepared bench memoranda on the innocent possession defense and partial jury verdicts.
Ms. Norcross earned both her J.D. and her Corporate and Business Law Certificate from Rutgers School of Law. She also served as associate managing editor for the Rutgers University Law Review. While in law school, Ms. Norcross also worked in the law school’s Civil Practice Clinic as a certified legal intern, representing clients in various actions, including counseling landlord-tenant disputes, obtaining Social Security disability benefits and consumer fraud actions.
