Dominic has a varied practice, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, finance, technology law, corporate and partnership law, securities and real estate.

Dominic loves a challenge. The more difficult and complex the problem, the more satisfaction he derives from bringing his attention and energy to bear on it. He believes that practicing law is an opportunity to both develop and utilize new and creative thought processes and, ultimately, help his clients solve problems and achieve their goals.

In his free time, Dominic enjoys playing golf, cooking for family and friends, amateur photography, historical novels and biographies, as well as following politics and world events avidly.

Dominic has over 30 years of successful experience representing and counseling public and private corporations and other enterprises in complex business transactions, including restructurings and recapitalizations, as well as providing counsel and guidance in connection with various federal, state and local issues affecting regulated business clients. He also has held general counsel and senior management positions in public companies. His clients have included internet technology and software companies, physician groups, banks and other financial services businesses, including specialty finance companies and commercial lenders. Dominic also has represented diverse manufacturers, including pharmaceutical companies, microbreweries, die casting, printing, packaging and fulfillment companies. He represents several European public companies as U.S. counsel.

Some of Dominic’s notable client engagements include:

  • Closing a $100 million private equity investment in a client’s business;
  • Assisting a manufacturing company that was nearly out of business restructure to become one of the largest in the country in its field;
  • Serving as U.S. counsel to several international publicly traded corporations in multi-national transactions totaling in excess of $ 1 billion; and
  • Helping the first female-owned start-up electrical contractor in the history of the City of Philadelphia to obtain Women Business Enterprise certification from the National Women’s Business Enterprise Counsel.

Dominic serves on the Board of Directors of Casa Farnese, Inc., a non-profit organization operating a 260-unit, high-rise apartment complex for low and moderate income senior citizens in center city Philadelphia. He serves on the Advisory Board of the National Shrine of St. Rita of Cascia, a religious shrine within a historic local Catholic Church, and the Cascia Center, which provides counseling and other outreach services for family and community conflicts. Dominic serves as Chair of the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Transaction Law Committee. His term runs from July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024. He also is a volunteer with the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Military and Veterans Assistance Program.
