Alina Chuklin focuses her practice on business & finance and health law.
Prior to entering the firm, Ms. Chuklin acquired her legal experience by representing Plaintiffs in disputes against life insurance companies, preparing and reviewing documents for pending litigation in a healthcare fraud qui tam action, researching and writing legal memoranda on False Claims Act whistleblower provisions and professional responsibility matters, among other activities.
In law school, Ms. Chuklin was a student attorney in the Appellate Litigation Clinic, where she litigated a federal civil rights case through settlement. In this position, she drafted discovery and pretrial motions and memoranda, prepared and conducted depositions, argued motions, and participated in hearings and settlement conferences.
Ms. Chuklin brings a unique set of skills to the firm; she is fluent in Russian, professionally proficient in Ukrainian, and is a certified interpreter and translator. This allows her to serve a wider pool of clientele without concern of a language barrier.
