Bill concentrates his practice in bankruptcy and business reorganizations. He represents real estate developers, lenders, creditors, investors, individuals and private clients, universities, and nonprofit organizations in complex civil disputes concerning bankruptcies, foreclosures, creditor’s rights, fraud, and collections.

Bill works with his clients to get to the source of the problem, making sure he has a full understanding of the issues and relevant law and facts. He is committed to keeping clients fully informed and working with them hand in hand as issues and goals change. Bill is a natural problem solver. He enjoys analyzing and figuring out answers to complex problems.

Bill is a big Phillies fan. When not working, he enjoys music, cooking, and running.

Bill represented various financial institutions in complex civil disputes concerning creditor’s rights, fraud, foreclosures, bankruptcies, and collections. He has broad experience in drafting mortgages and loan documents; reviewing lease agreements, loan documents, title work, mortgages, and other financial documents. Bill also has trial and litigation experience as both lead and co-counsel.
