Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP seeks a full-time paralegal for its Business & Finance Department. Candidate will be based in our Philadelphia and Conshohocken Offices.
Candidate must be a “certified” paralegal with a minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate work, public and private finance, real estate and transactional matters. Must be detail-oriented, organized and comfortable working for several attorneys doing a variety of projects, including due diligence and document preparation for corporate formations, commercial agreements, and finance transactions. BA preferred, but not required. Candidate must have excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
