“There are no one-size-fits-all solutions and my goal is to work together to get you the best results possible for your particular issues.”
Stephen is an associate in Obermayer’s Business and Finance department. His practice focuses on real estate, land use and zoning, property assessment, and business and corporate law, representing financial institutions, real estate developers and investors, nonprofit organizations, and private clients.
He was drawn to the legal field because he enjoys problem-solving and gets satisfaction from helping clients work towards fulfilling their dreams. Stephen takes pride in understanding the needs of each client and then tailoring services and legal advice to best address those needs. He is professionally proficient in Italian (ALTA 9), conversational in Spanish.
When he’s not working, Stephen is traveling with his wife, and taking his rambunctious French bulldog Pauly to the dog park. You can also find him cheering on his beloved Sixers either at the arena or in his living room.
Stephen has extensive experience in handling commercial and residential real estate transactions, including preparing and negotiating agreements of sale, performing due diligence, reviewing title and financing documents, and conducting settlement. He has successfully represented clients in tax assessment and exemption appeals for commercial and residential properties and has obtained zoning approvals in municipalities throughout southeastern Pennsylvania. Stephen regularly counsels developers, property owners, tenants, objectors, and municipal clients on all aspects of zoning and land development/subdivision.
Aside from his legal career, Stephen has co-founded and served as a legal and business advisor for an Italian-made menswear brand based in Philadelphia.
