Morgan is an attorney in the Trusts & Estates Department, where she focuses her practice on assisting clients with estate planning and estate administration.

Morgan believes communication is key. Her goal is to provide a clear understanding of the process specific to her clients’ needs. She understands that many of her clients are nervous about estate planning, and that she is their guide through the process. Therefore, while helping clients navigate through difficult decisions or overwhelming circumstances, Morgan wants to provide them with a level of comfort and ease.

The time after the passing of a family member or friend is distressing, but Morgan has helped clients find solace by working to relieve the burden of estate administration. She recognizes that such trying circumstances rarely allow adequate time for grieving, but her services can assist with reducing the stress associated with the process.

In her free time, Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, as well as their mini goldendoodle. Avalon, New Jersey, is her “happy place”, and that is where she and her family go as often as they can.

Prior to joining Obermayer, Morgan was a Senior Associate at law firms in Pennsylvania and New Jersey where she worked in the areas of elder law, estate and special needs planning, and estate administration. In addition to her estate planning and administration practice, she has considerable experience in asset protection, Medicaid and VA planning, guardianship matters, and filing state and federal estate tax returns.

Morgan is an experienced public speaker and has facilitated seminars and speaking engagements on the topics of estate planning and estate administration.

Prior to her estate work, Morgan managed cases in the areas of creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, and contracts.

Morgan is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
