Martin Weinberg is partner and chairman of the Regulatory, Administrative, and Gaming Department.
Martin has in-depth experience in administrative and regulatory law, including major utilities, natural gas and electric companies, local townships, and school districts. This includes representation of these and similar clients before local, state, and federal regulatory agencies.
Martin joined Obermayer in 1974. Prior to joining the firm, he was City Solicitor for the City of Philadelphia from 1971-74.
Martin received his Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University, Philadelphia, where he was a recipient of the Sara Von Rensselar Award. He was awarded his Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law, where he served as Research Editor of the Temple Law Review.
