Harold focuses his practice on general litigation matters. He has represented individuals, corporations, partnerships, organizations, and trusts at all stages of litigation.
Harold knows that one of the most important aspects of his practice is finding the most efficient solution to his clients’ problems. Whether he’s dealing with a multimillion dollar lawsuit involving a major corporation or a smaller suit involving individual parties, Harold strives to achieve the best possible legal outcome.
An avid sports fan, Harold enjoys following the Mets, Jets, Knicks, and Arsenal. He also enjoys playing trivia.
Some of Harold’s notable cases include:
- Assisting in obtaining a $22 Million Verdict in an Asbestos claim against a number of large national corporations;
- Defeating a summary judgment motion in New York County Supreme Court and obtaining a million dollar settlement for the client.
Harold prosecuted felony cases as an Assistant District Attorney of Queens County, NY. He took numerous cases to trial and had a 75% conviction rate.
Harold is the Services Coordinator for his Synagogue. He is also coaches a first and second grade softball team.
