Frank is a partner in Obermayer’s Business & Finance Department. He concentrates his multifaceted practice in the acquisition and development of residential and commercial real estate, representing national, regional, and local real estate entrepreneurs in the development of residential apartments, single-family homes, condominiums, office buildings, industrial facilities, and commercial retail centers.
Frank also assists real estate developers in obtaining the required approvals from the appropriate municipalities, county planning boards, and state agencies, including the Department of Environmental Protection, and Department of Transportation, and the Department of Community Affairs.
Frank provides clients interested in developing commercial real estate in the State of New Jersey with an experienced attorney that will move forward quickly and efficiently so that the project comes to completion without any unusual delays normally caused by lack of attention to details.
When not working, Frank enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.
Frank has extensive experience in representing various national and local restaurant/bar entrepreneurs in the acquisition and/or disposition of Alcoholic Beverage Control license issued by the State of New Jersey. He has also represented restaurant/bar operators and defending charges imposed by the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control for violations of the New Jersey Statutes and regulations governing the State of New Jersey.
