Dan is an attorney in Obermayer’s Business and Finance department. He represents clients in all aspects in real estate development from the ground up, helping them to resolve all legal issues in real estate, zoning and land use, and construction from the initial plans through the ribbon cutting.

Dan is a natural problem solver who is always willing to lend a hand, whether professionally or in his personal life. His broad litigation experience enables him to successfully assist his clients with any necessary litigation such as enforcement of easements, zoning ordinances, quiet title actions, and land use appeals.

Dan is a big Philadelphia sports fan when it comes to the Eagles, Sixers, Phillies, Flyers, and his alma matter, Villanova University basketball. When not working, he likes to spend time with his family, go to happy hour with friends, or just relax at home with his new wife and their dog. In the summer time he can usually be found in Sea Isle City on the beach or fishing with his Dad and brother, and in the winter time he enjoys skiing in the Poconos.

Prior to joining Obermayer, Dan was involved in in civil litigation law. His practice was focused on general liability insurance coverage in the areas of premises liability, personal injury, employment, general negligence, and asbestos. He has managed a broad case load and litigated cases through each aspect of the litigation process from assignment of the case through settlement, mediation, arbitration or trial. He also gained experience in general casualty defense litigation including premises liability, catastrophic injury, construction defects, product liability, and motor vehicle accidents.

Dan was an honor roll student and a Research Assistant in law school, where he researched tax law. He is also a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity where he previously served as Kustos for the Kappa Chi Chapter at Villanova University. Dan was also on the Recruitment board and Pledge committee.
