Brittany focuses her practice on all aspects of family law, including domestic violence, adoption, divorce, equitable distribution, child and spousal support, custody, paternity, and mediation in the greater Mount Laurel, NJ area.

Brittany assists her clients with family law matters from start to finish, providing them with not only legal services and advice, but also with emotional support. Brittany provides an ear to listen to clients when they just need someone to talk to and fight for their rights when they are unable to do so on their own.

Brittany communicates with clients regularly so that they are all on the same page, which ensures that she can advocate to the best of her ability on their behalf. Brittany’s goal is to make all clients feel listened to, and supported.

As a talkative and outspoken woman, Brittany does not shy away from an argument or debate, and she especially loves advocating on behalf of the voiceless. Some people are too shy or uncomfortable to speak out, and Brittany went to law school to help advocate for those people.

Brittany is a foodie, so in her free time she loves to cook and eat, or to play catch and walk with her two Shiba Inu puppies. Brittany is an avid traveler, who enjoys exploring new places around the globe.

Brittany has broad experience in representing clients for domestic violence final restraining order hearings, pendente lite motions, divorce matters, post-judgment matters, and FD applications. In law school, she was selected as a Student Lawyer for the Rutgers Domestic Violence clinic to represent victims of domestic violence in obtaining final restraining orders. In her very first trial, her client was granted an FRO. Brittany also received the Pro Bono Public Award for Significant Service from Rutgers Law School for her hours volunteering with the Rutgers Domestic Violence Project.

Brittany takes great pride in her pro bono work. During her clerkship with the Gloucester County Superior Court, Brittany helped resolve over twenty (20) civil matters through mediation (settling more matters than any other law clerk in that county for that year).

In law school, Brittany was a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship, as well as the Pro Bono Publico Award for Significant Service.

Brittany graduated Rowan University (B.A.) with Honors, including:

  • Summa Cum Laude
  • President’s Scholar of Excellence
  • Dean’s List

Brittany was a part of Tau Sigma National Honor Society.
