Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP, a Philadelphia-based law firm, has an immediate opening in its Philadelphia Office for a full time Payroll & Benefits Administrator.
Candidate will be responsible for payroll processing, benefits administration, HR support and other administrative tasks as needed.
Candidate must have experience working with payroll/HRIS systems, law firm experience a plus. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook, be able to quickly learn new processes, and have excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Candidate must possess the ability to interact with other employees directly to provide information related to all programs available to them.
