Obermayer’s Philadelphia office is seeking a senior level associate/junior partner to join the tax team in its growing Business & Finance group.
The ideal candidate should have a broad tax background with a minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in tax planning, public financing, mergers and acquisitions, executive compensation, tax controversy work, and the like. JD and LLM in Taxation required.
