Obermayer’s Thomas Roberto to speak at NJSBA’s “Hot Tips in Family Law”
“Hot Tips in Family Law” is an annual course where hundreds of attorneys gather to receive advice from the state’s leading matrimonial attorneys and retired judges. This year, the program will focuses on the statutory components of alimony, equitable distribution, and custody. Roberto’s presentation is called, “The Income or Property Brought to the Marriage or Civil Union by Each Party.”
