Obermayer Adds Three New Associates
Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP welcomed three new associates to the firm this fall. Qiwei Chen joins the firm’s Litigation Department, Malcolm J. Ingram joins the firm’s Labor Relations & Employment Law Department and Nicole E. Norcross joins the firm’s Business & Finance Department. Ingram and Norcross are located in the Philadelphia office and Chen is based in the Pittsburgh office.
Chen focuses her practice on commercial and complex litigation matters. Specifically, she represents Chinese-based companies and individuals in commercial matters. She received her JD (’16) and LL.M. (’13) from University of Pittsburgh School of Law and her LL.B. (’12) from Shanghai Normal University. She is fluent in Mandarin and Shanghainese.
Ingram focuses his practice on counseling management in all aspects of labor relations and employment law. He received his JD (’16) from Temple University Beasley School of Law and his BS (’10), cum laude, from Philadelphia University.
Norcross focuses her practice on a broad range of corporate transactional issues, including real estate, public finance, mergers and acquisitions, general business planning and land use and zoning issues. She received her JD (’16) from Rutgers University School of Law and her BS (’13) from Boston University.
