Maria Panichelli Presents “Common Pitfalls to Small Business Eligibility”
Obermayer Chair of the Government Contracting Department, Maria Panichelli, in partnership with the University of Hartford will be presenting a webinar titled, “Common Pitfalls to Small Business Eligibility.” Please join Maria on Friday, November 15th to learn about the eligibility requirements for each of the Federal Small Business programs including the small business program, the 8(a) program, the Women-Owned program, the HUBZone program, and both the SBA and VA Veteran-owned programs. Maria will discuss how to determine if you are eligible, how to get certified, and how to avoid common missteps that might nullify eligibility.
Maria L. Panichelli focuses her practice exclusively on federal contracts, assisting clients through every stage of the procurement process.
