Maria Panichelli Co-Presenting Deltek Webinar “How to Avoid Common Pitfalls to Small Business Eligibility”
Obermayer partner and Chair of the Government Contracting Department, Maria Panichelli, will be co-presenting Deltek’s upcoming webinar, “How to Avoid Common Pitfalls to Small Business Eligibility.” The webinar will take place on Wednesday, June 6, 2019, from 11 – 12 A.M. (EST). Maria will be accompanied by Deltek’s Senior Director of Research Carey Webster.
Maria and Carey will discuss today’s government contracting market and how small business eligibility can make businesses more competitive in terms of contract access. They will also talk about common ways most small business contractors put their eligibility at risk, and what steps to take to avoid doing so.
Maria focuses her practice exclusively on federal government contracting and procurement, guiding her clients throughout the entire lifecycle of their federal contracts. Maria’s practice includes pre- and post-award bid protests, contract interpretation and performance counseling, the preparation of Requests for Equitable Adjustment and Contract Disputes Act (CDA) claim litigation, statutory and regulatory compliance counseling, resolution of subcontractor disputes (including the negotiation of liquidating agreements, and the use of pass-through claims and Miller Act bond claims), contract terminations, and all aspects of small business procurement.
