Kevin concentrates his practice on minimizing employment liability and avoiding third-party intervention. Kevin’s prior experience in representing a powerful union in an in-house capacity gives him an intimate understanding of the tactics that strong unions use to organize employers and enables him to understand the mistakes that employers make. He is especially motivated to assist corporate interests in engendering an engaged, loyal work force through best practices that also maximize profit. He partners closely with operational and HR leaders and by using verifiable metrics reduces turnover, employee grievances, outside litigation, and secures concessions from unions during collective bargaining.
