Partner Jennifer Iseman to Moderate “ABC’s of Contested Adoptions”

Family law partner Jennifer Iseman will be co-moderating the Burlington County Bar Association‘s Family Law Committee CLE course titled, “ABC’s of Contested Adoptions.” She will be joined by co-moderator Rebecca Berger, and speakers Donald C. Cofsky and Deena K. Betze. This course will discuss topics such as procedural issues, statutory and case law, standards and burdens of proof, and various settlement options. It will take place on March 26, 2019, from 4:30 – 6:45 P.M. in the County Office Building in Mt. Holly, New Jersey.

This presentation has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.4 hours of CLE credit, and 2.0 substantive credits are also available from the Pennsylvania CLE Board. Interested parties may register for this course online or via mail.
