Obermayer’s Labor Relations and Employment Law Department partner, Larry Besnoff, will be a featured speaker at the first program, "HR/Legal Issues of Social Media - What are your employees saying about you?" to be held on October 14, 2009 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.

Mr. Besnoff’s program will cover important topics including: Should employers have a Social Media policy? Can employers use information on the web to make employment decisions? The use of MySpace, FaceBook and Twitter is not going away so employers must be prepared.
