David A. Nasatir and Jonathan W. Hugg will present Mitigating Lender Liability -Pitfalls and Risks at the Risk Management Association Philadelphia Chapter's upcoming program, Lender Liability:  Top Strategies to Minimize Your Institution’s Exposure.

Mr. Nasatir, a partner in Obermayer’s Business and Finance Department and Mr. Hugg, a partner in Obermayer’s Litigation Department, who specializes in workout and asset recovery, will lead a presentation from the corporate and the litigation perspective on key guidelines that lenders should try to follow to minimize their liability, manage the risks of litigation, and maximize the opportunity for full recovery.
