Gary Samms Obtains Defense Verdict in a Highly Contested Medical Malpractice Case

Obermayer's Gary Samms obtained a defense verdict in a highly contested medical malpractice case dealing with issues of failing to diagnose breast cancer.  After a six day trial before the Honorable Leon Tucker, a unanimous defense verdict was entered for Mr. Samms' client.  Plaintiffs had made a seven-figure demand to resolve the matter.
