PA Supreme Court Grants Hearing to Obermayer Attorneys in Gamesa Energy v. Ten Penn Center case

Congratulations to Jeffrey Batoff, Nicholas Poduslenko and Samantha Koopman. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has agreed to hear their appeal in Siemens-Gamesa v. Ten Penn Center–a commercial landlord-tenant contract dispute. The case recently received coverage in The Legal Intelligencer.
