PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA--NOVEMBER 2, 2012--Obermayer’s Joseph F. Aceto was invited to participate as a panelist/speaker during a 3 day workshop sponsored by the Malaysian-US Chamber of Commerce at the Malaysian Embassy in Washington on November 3.  The event focused on the hurdles/issues of being an entrepreneur in the US.

Aceto is of counsel with Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Business and Finance Department.

Aceto's practice focuses on intellectual property law, including licensing agreements, due diligence review, trademark applications and related matters.  He has worked extensively with biotech companies, pharmaceutical companies and non-profit research institutions.
