Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP partner Michael E. Bertin will serve as the course planner and moderator of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute program “Family Law in Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties.” The program will feature the “Who, What, When, Where and Why” of family practice in the four-county area. The seminar will show how the family court system functions, and highlight how vastly different the procedures can be from one county to the next. The program is offered on November 18 in Philadelphia and on December 16 in Plymouth Meeting, Pa. Bertin is immediate past Chair of the Family Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association and a frequent author and lecturer on family law topics. Bertin also co-wrote the book on Pennsylvania child custody law, Pennsylvania Child Custody Law, Practice, and Procedure.
