Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP attorney Katherine E. Missimer presented as a panelist at Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law. She discussed transactional lawyering and the practice of business law with the event’s audience, which included Drexel’s Business Law Concentration faculty, students and prospective students.

Missimer primarily practices in the areas of corporate and real estate law. Her corporate practice focuses on representing businesses, nonprofits and for profit corporations and health care entities with respect to regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital funding, asset purchase and sales agreements, contracts for employment, management and consulting, and profit and nonprofit entity formation. From a real estate standpoint, she works with property owners and developers in terms of the acquisition and sale of property as well as with respect to land use issues and zoning relief.
