Nina B. Stryker, chair of Obermayer's Trusts and Estate Practice, moderated a panel discussion "Fundamentals of Estate  Administration” Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) program on Wednesday, September 14, 2011.  The discussion emphasized tips from practicing attorneys on problem areas such as: properly preparing documents (avoiding mistakes that could cause delays); addressing potential conflicts between the fiduciary and beneficiaries;
your role as attorney for the estate; handling challenges during administration (distributions and accounts); meeting deadlines in filing inventories, accounts, tax returns and other documents.  Stryker was the course planner for this program as well. Several sessions will be held throughout September.  In addition to moderating the panel discussion on September 14, Stryker will be a panelist for both the program  held  in Pittsburgh on Wednesday, September 21 and  in  Mechanicsburg on Tuesday, September 27.

Stryker's practice is devoted exclusively to estate and trust law, with an emphasis on estate related litigation.
