McDonough presented at the 4th Annual Hiring & Terminating Seminar: The Ins and Outs of Employment Law in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Green spoke on, “An Overview of confidentiality, Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation Agreements,” including what they are, when they should be used, and their enforceability; McDonough discussed, “The Pre-Hiring Process,” which included information about the importance of job descriptions, interview questions, drug screening and medical examinations.
