Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP attorney Karen M. Sanchez has been named to this year’s Pennsylvania “Lawyers on the Fast Track” list by the Legal Intelligencer. The 38 individuals on the list are seen as the future leaders of the Commonwealth’s legal community. This year’s honorees were chosen by an evaluation team comprised of legal professionals from across the Commonwealth.

As an associate in the firm’s business & finance group, Sanchez concentrates her practice in financing, creditors’ rights, lender liability, real estate development and corporate matters. She represents financial institutions and borrowers in complex front-end commercial transactions in both real estate and asset-based lending, as well as restructuring and workout. Sanchez is a Hearing Committee Member for The Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and has been consistently recognized for her pro bono work representing children as a Child Advocate with the Support Center for Child Advocates. She was named a “Pennsylvania Rising Stars” in 2013 and 2007, a recognition given to the top-up-and-coming lawyers in the Commonwealth.
