On April 18, 2013 Obermayer's Gary M. Samms received a unanimous defense verdict in a medical malpractice action in favor of his client after a nine day jury trial in Lehigh County. In Fretwell v. St. Luke’s Hospital, et al., Samms represented the target defendant, the delivering obstetrician.
