Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP has admitted Karen M. Sanchez and H. David Seidman to the firm’s partnership.

As a partner in the Business & Finance Department, Sanchez concentrates her practice in financing, creditors’ rights, lender liability, real estate development and corporate matters. She represents financial institutions and borrowers in complex front-end commercial transactions in both real estate and asset-based lending, as well as restructuring and workout. Sanchez is a Hearing Committee Member for The Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and was selected as a “2013 Lawyer on the Fast Track” by the Legal Intelligencer which recognizes future leaders of the Commonwealth’s legal community. She was also named a “Pennsylvania Rising Star” in 2014, 2013 and 2007, a recognition given to the top up-and-coming lawyers in the Commonwealth.

As a partner in litigation department, Seidman concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation, business disputes, and construction disputes. He also handles other complex matters, ranging from antitrust to securities litigation. Seidman has worked on numerous high-profile cases, including many reported in the Philadelphia Inquirer, the Daily News, and The Legal Intelligencer. In 2006, Mr. Seidman was named to the Pennsylvania Rising Stars list, a recognition given to the top up-and-coming lawyers in the Commonwealth.
