Eichert, who joined Obermayer on January 18, 2013, will enhance the firm’s ability to provide legal representation and counseling in all aspects of public procurement for both government entities and businesses.  “After 20 years of service to state and local government agencies, I am delighted to become a member of Obermayer’s outstanding team.  This firm offers a perfect opportunity for me to build on my experience in state and local procurement, project development and related litigation.”
