William Daniel Oleckna is an associate in the firm’s litigation department where he focuses his practice on defending medical malpractice and personal injury claims, as well as commercial litigation. Will is a zealous and aggressive advocate, who utilizes his experience from all perspectives of litigation to develop practical plans and strategies in the best interests of his clients.
Prior to joining Obermayer as a litigation associate, Will gained years of experience practicing civil litigation in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In addition, he clerked for Judge Lane in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and worked for the Philadelphia District Attorney in the Special Investigations Unit.
Will earned his law degree from Rutgers School of Law and received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Loyola College. In addition, Will is an alumni of Saint Joseph’s Preparatory School and Waldron Mercy Academy. Will is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In his free time, Will enjoys playing sports, cooking, traveling, and community service.
Will is a member of the American, Philadelphia, and Montgomery County Bar Associations.
