Bruce C. Fox concentrates his practice in commercial matters and complex litigation matters in federal courts throughout the country. He also represents Chinese-based companies and individuals in commercial matters.

Mr. Fox is past President of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law Alumni Association and is currently on the Alumni Board of the University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Fox has authored the antitrust chapter of the ABA's Annual Review of Developments in Business and Corporate Litigation, 2003 and 2004 editions. Mr. Fox was named as one of Pennsylvania’s “Super Lawyers” as listed in both the Philadelphia magazine (June 2005 & June 2007) and the Law and Politics magazine, “Pennsylvania Super Lawyers" (2005 & 2007 editions).
