Andrew R. Stoll is an associate in the firm’s litigation department where he participates in all aspects of civil litigation and trials. Mr. Stoll practices in various areas, including commercial litigation, construction litigation, premises liability, products liability, and real estate transactions.
Mr. Stoll has extensive experience drafting pleadings, attending court hearings, depositions, drafting discovery requests and responses, motions for summary judgment, motions in limine, and other filings with the court.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Stoll served as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert J. Mellon in the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas. There, he advised the judge on recommended dispositions for court hearings and issues pending before the court, performed legal research, and drafted opinions for appeals.
While in law school, Mr. Stoll was a Staff Editor on the Temple Law Review and received an award for distinguished class performance in his trial advocacy class. Also during law school, Mr. Stoll worked as a law clerk in law firms located in Philadelphia and Bucks County.
Prior to law school, Mr. Stoll graduated cum laude from St. Joseph’s University where he was elected captain of the varsity baseball team. Mr. Stoll also received various academic awards form St. Joseph’s University, including being selected to the Haub School of Business Dean’s list, Athletic Director’s Honor Roll, and Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll. Also at St. Joseph’s, Mr. Stoll received the Raymond Vasquez Award – an award given to one who exemplifies being a “Person for Others.”
