Alicia M. Sandoval represents businesses in need of restructuring, reorganization, and liquidation. Representations include secured creditors in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy matters, including adversary proceedings, claim objections, stay relief motions, objections to Chapter 11 and 13 plans, loan workouts and analysis of regulatory compliance.
Ms. Sandoval assists mortgage lenders and servicers in both foreclosure and bankruptcy matters at the trial and appellate level. She has litigated residential and commercial foreclosure actions in Pennsylvania and New Jersey from statutory pre-foreclosure notices through loss mitigation, contested litigation, quiet title actions, sheriff sales and appeals.
Ms. Sandoval also has extensive experience in the area of nationwide antitrust and consumer fraud class action litigation, representing both individuals and businesses harmed by collusive and fraudulent business practices and products.
Prior to joining the firm, she was an attorney at a Southern New Jersey Law firm in their bankruptcy and commercial litigation departments. Prior to that she was at a Philadelphia firm where she prosecuted and defended personal injury litigation, contract disputes, and workers compensation claims in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
