Adam S. Goodman is a member of the firm’s litigation department. He handles drafting motions for preliminary injunctions, motions to dismiss, summary judgment motions, discovery demands, briefs, including pre-trial, post-trial and appellate.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Goodman was an attorney at a Philadelphia law firm where he assisted clients in medical malpractice and civil rights litigation matters for healthcare companies including cases at the state and federal level and appellate matters at the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He also previously worked at a New York Law firm where he handled diversified complex commercial litigation, real estate litigation, intellectual property, corporate litigation and employment litigation.
Mr. Goodman served as a law clerk for Hon. William Macauley at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Office of Administrative Judges in New York.
