Angela L. Baglanzis is an associate with Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP. She is a member of the firm’s Creditor’s Rights, Bankruptcy and Financial Reorganization department. Ms. Baglanzis concentrates her practice in the areas of Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 debtors, trustees, and representation of official committees of unsecured creditors.

Ms. Baglanzis earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2002 from Brooklyn Law School, Brooklyn, New York. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Joseph’s College, Patchogue, New York. Ms. Baglanzis joined Obermayer in 2004.

Prior to joining Obermayer, Ms. Baglanzis served as a law clerk with the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Delaware, visiting judges chambers and worked as an associate for a New York City law firm.

Ms. Baglanzis is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York Bar Association.

Ms. Baglanzis is admitted to practice in the state of New York and commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and the Eastern District of New York and Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
