 Stanley Majkut is an associate with Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Business and Finance department.
Mr. Majkut’s practice is concentrated in real estate, general corporate and financing matters. He has experience in real estate finance, entity formation, municipal finance and private securities offerings.
Mr. Majkut earned his law degree at Villanova University School of Law (2003) and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and English from LaSalle University (1994). Prior to joining Obermayer, Mr. Majkut was employed in the human services field.
Mr. Majkut is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
