Todd J. Glassman is a partner with Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Labor Relations and Employment Law Department and Co-Chair of the Education Law Practice Group.

Mr. Glassman serves as outside general counsel for various start-up and emerging retail and service provider companies, with a special focus in the online education, media, and marketing fields.  He has specific expertise in drafting and negotiating numerous types of contracts, including service, licensing, sales, vendor, purchasing and employment.  He provides day-to-day business counseling and advice to senior-level management on general business operations and business issues arising on a daily basis.  Mr. Glassman has also practiced extensively in labor and management relations, employment discrimination litigation, and drafting, negotiating and litigating employment agreements, including enforcement and defense against enforcement of non-competition and other restrictive covenants.  He is experienced in all aspects of employment law litigation, having sat as first and second chair in a variety of state and federal courts.  Mr. Glassman is also experienced in counseling management on employee related and other issues.  Mr. Glassman has also handled numerous wage and hour audits, before both the United States Department of Labor and various state enforcement agencies throughout the country, and has worked extensively on nationwide wage and hour class action defense.
