John V. O’Hara is a partner with Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Business and Finance Department and Health Care Practice Group.

Mr. O’Hara is experienced in general corporate and real estate matters. His practice includes stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, commercial and real estate finance, commercial leasing, entity formation and financing, municipal finance and private securities offerings.

Mr. O’Hara received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English, cum laude, from The College of the Holy Cross, Worcester, MA, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law, Philadelphia, where he served for two years as an editor of the Law Review. He joined Obermayer in 1992.

He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
