Steven A. Haber is a partner with Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department.
Mr. Haber is an experienced litigator concentrating in the areas of complex commercial litigation, professional liability litigation and products liability litigation.
Mr. Haber received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the College of Arts and Sciences of the University of Pennsylvania and his Bachelor of Science degree in economics, with a concentration in finance, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He was awarded his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center. He joined Obermayer in 1990.
Mr. Haber is a member of the State Civil and Federal Courts committees of the Philadelphia Bar Association. He is also a member of the Professional Liability Committee of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Professional Liability Litigation and Business Torts Litigation committees of the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association, as well as the New Jersey and District of Columbia Bar Associations.
He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.
