Ms. Hare is an associate with Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP. She is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department.

Ms. Hare devotes her practice to professional liability actions, specializing in the defense of medical malpractice claims.  Ms. Hare represents the interests of hospitals, attending physicians, residents and nursing staff.

Ms. Hare received her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Delaware, Newark, DE, and her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Temple University School of Law, Philadelphia. Prior to joining Obermayer in 1991, she was a research assistant at Temple University School of Law.

Her civic activities include work with with a variety of community organizations in Chester County.

Ms. Hare is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the Eastern District of the U.S. District Court of Pennsylvania. She also sits as an arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Arbitration Program.
